Process Engineer Wafer Fab

• Responsible for the Lithography processes and the associated equipment
• Development and optimization of production parameters in wafer fabrication
• Transfer of new processes into production
• Specification, evaluation, installation and qualification of new systems and equipment
• Ensuring 2nd level support in the event of plant and process problems in production

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. Degree in micro-fabrication or in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Electronics
• several years of professional experience in the manufacturing industry in a similar position
• proven expertise in MEMS manufacturing technologies and/or semiconductor production
• German & English good mandatory
• high level of initiative and doer mentality
