- Recruit, screen, and coach potential au pairs.
- Drive sales by responding to customer needs, from telemarketing activities to WhatsApp, to meet sales targets to grow the Mexican market.
- Create sales by working with schools, universities, job centers, fairs, and other local institutions to organize and attend promotion events to build brand awareness.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the USA and headquarters in Zurich to provide an excellent experience for each au pair.

- Bachelor's Degree
- Spanish (C2 or Native) and English proficiency
- 1-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus
- MS Office
