The ideal candidate will possess expertise in providing support for IT platforms and production environments, with a focus on monitoring, troubleshooting, and coordinating with vendors for installations and deployments. This role requires proficiency in a variety of tools and technologies, including Grafana, BMC Control-M, Argo, Kubernetes, and Windows Certificates.
