- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or similar
- Experience in the (renewable) energy or natural resources sector is a strong plus
- Demonstrated capability in analyzing data and constructing financial models
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within team dynamics
- Understanding of project finance principles and investment analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint applications
- Fluent in English; German or any other language is a plus
