- Spearhead the development and execution of commercial strategies across different verticles to drive business growth and market share
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and relationships with key industry players, stakeholders, and financial institutions
- Lead market expansion efforts, identifying new business opportunities and revenue streams within the Crypto ecosystem
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development initiatives with company goals and product roadmaps
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums, enhancing its visibility and thought leadership in the Crypto community
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to the executive team
- Manage and expand the business development team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business development leadership role within the Blockchain / tech sector
- Strong network of contacts in the Crypto industry and a history of successful partnership building
- Experience in a sales management / commercial leadership role
- Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities and turning them into profitable ventures
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree / MBA in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Proficient English
