- Drive Deployment, Rollout, and Coordination:
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of project deployments and rollouts, ensuring alignment with team objectives and timelines.
- Definition of suitable charging concept in the locations (low and mid voltage) and cooperation with local grid operators.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Implement effective communication to keep stakeholders informed of project progress and any potential risks.
- Ensure Compliance with Quality and Security Standards:
- Establish and enforce adherence to Electra's quality and security standards throughout project lifecycles.
- Conduct regular quality audits and security assessments to identify areas for improvement and mitigate risks.
- Implement best practices and industry standards to uphold Electra's reputation for excellence and reliability.
- Partner Relationship Management:
- Evaluate and select strategic partners/vendors based on predefined criteria and alignment with project goals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with partners to foster collaboration and mutual success.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve favorable terms while minimizing costs and maximizing value for Electra.
- Qualifications or studies within the electrical field or civil engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in the eMobility, electrical or construction sector.
- Comprehensive understanding of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, encompassing industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and technological advancements, to inform deployment strategies and decision-making.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing procurement processes to achieve cost savings and enhance operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and engagement with external stakeholders.
- Solid analytical skills to evaluate data and metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence.
- Demonstrated autonomy and initiative in exploring and implementing new operational initiatives.
- Fluency in English and German is required, French is a plus.
