💼Your MissionsAs E-Mobility Project Manager 🇨🇭, you will report to the Head of Operations Switzerland and will play a pivotal role in driving Electra's successful expansion in the country, accelerating the rollout process, and managing the complexities of scaling operations in Switzerland.You will work closely with the business development and our operations team to ensure that the station is up and running within a few months. You will be in charge of organising and delivering the different project milestones, mobilising and coordinating our installation partners and generally ensuring the entire project management of the installation of an Electra charging station.Your challenge: to manage several projects at the same time, defining the scope of action of each partner, the budget, the resources, the risks and the main deliverables. Each project involves several stakeholders to coordinate and move forward in the same direction, including the following: the client (owner of the land where the station is to be installed), electricity network managers, engineering offices, installation partners, local authorities, etc.🦸‍♀️🦸 Main Responsibilities
  • Drive Deployment, Rollout, and Coordination:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of project deployments and rollouts, ensuring alignment with team objectives and timelines.
  • Definition of suitable charging concept in the locations (low and mid voltage) and cooperation with local grid operators.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Implement effective communication to keep stakeholders informed of project progress and any potential risks.
  • Ensure Compliance with Quality and Security Standards:
  • Establish and enforce adherence to Electra's quality and security standards throughout project lifecycles.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and security assessments to identify areas for improvement and mitigate risks.
  • Implement best practices and industry standards to uphold Electra's reputation for excellence and reliability.
  • Partner Relationship Management:
  • Evaluate and select strategic partners/vendors based on predefined criteria and alignment with project goals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with partners to foster collaboration and mutual success.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve favorable terms while minimizing costs and maximizing value for Electra.
😎 Your profile
  • Qualifications or studies within the electrical field or civil engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in the eMobility, electrical or construction sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, encompassing industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and technological advancements, to inform deployment strategies and decision-making.
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing procurement processes to achieve cost savings and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and engagement with external stakeholders.
  • Solid analytical skills to evaluate data and metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated autonomy and initiative in exploring and implementing new operational initiatives.
  • Fluency in English and German is required, French is a plus.
