- Working under the guidance of the Executive Sous Chef, be able to organize the team and workflow to execute the menu dishes according to the recipes and user guides in a high volume atmosphere for our guests.
- Lead and drive the team to maintain the highest level of productivity and efficiency in overall food preparation in the F&B outlets plus in-room dining.
- Be able to project and procure the adequate amount of products and prepare in timely manner.
- Demonstrate the ultimate level of food safety, understanding HACCP principles, possess the highest personal hygiene.
- Globally-recognized culinary qualification.
- Menu planning and recipes knowledge
- Fine dining knowledge and experience for at least 5 years
- Excellent leadership skills and able to motivate the team to deliver exceptional quality
- Speak, read and communicate in a good level of German and English
- Must be of smart appearance with excellent personal hygiene standards
- Very good Food & Beverage knowledge
- Very good kitchen organisation experience
