- Be the primary point of contact and build successful, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand the client business model and provide tailored structured solutions across asset classes (equities, fixed income, commodities, private equity, infrastructure projects, real estate, digital assets and more).
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients’ needs and objectives.
- Manage key accounts, maintain a long-term relationship with clients, and maximize sales opportunities with n them.
- Focus on growing existing clients as well as new clients
- Support the client with product requests and product issuance processes
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams in order to ensure highest client satisfaction and impeccable delivery of the tailored investment solutions.
- At least 5 years of experience in a client focused role with proven ability to consistently deliver high-quality service, working collaboratively with clients and internal business units.
- Very good knowledge of structured products across different asset classes.
- Target oriented, strong sense of ownership.
- Strong Relationship management skills
- Ability to multitask and manage several client accounts and product requests.
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
