Data protection and Compliance Officer

• Maintaining and enhancing the group-wide compliance management system and data protection program, along with corresponding strategic initiatives
• Directing and supervising the group-wide compliance and data protection organisation
• Orchestrating compliance and data protection efforts throughout the company
• Coordinating the activities and training for local Compliance Officers and Data Protection Champions, providing support in their endeavours
• Promoting awareness and managing training sessions on compliance and data protection matters.
• Providing guidance to the Group Executive Board and individuals in Group roles on compliance and data protection concerns.
• Managing the central accessibility of the company's compliance and allocating incoming reports

• Master Degree in laws, preferably with bar admission
• Broad experience in working on compliance and data protection related matters in a multinational organisation
• Hands-on experience with the implementation of programs, processes and control tools (project management experience)
• Results oriented and able to work with a variety of functions and all levels of the organisation

• Fluent in German and English
