- Ensure seamless personnel administration from onboarding to offboarding of employees
- Maintain and update employee master data and HR systems accurately
- Prepare and process requests and extensions for work permits
- Assist HR Business Partners in daily tasks, generating informative statistics and interesting HR projects
- Manage the recruiting process including the application process, organising and conducting initial interviews
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external departments and service providers, handling all correspondence related to personnel matters
- Organise internal training sessions and events such as our Welcome Days, different workshops, and other initiatives

- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in HR administration and generalist function
- Hold a recognised qualification as an “HR Assistant/Personal Assistant”, “HR Fachfrau/mann mit eidg. Fachausweis” is desirable
- Strong MS Office skills, and IT affinity
- Proficiency in SAP/HCM is highly advantageous
- Demonstrate high levels of discretion and reliability in handling confidential information
- Exhibit a genuine passion for HR, with exceptional communication abilities and a collaborative spirit
- Show initiative, resilience, and strong organisational and planning skills
- Fluency in both German and English, both written and spoken, is essential
