- Responsible for Global Logistics transformation activities and management of the various initiatives related to operational and process improvements
- Drive the implementation of the Global Logistics operations improvement roadmap with focus on the order-to-cash process and in line with business goals and objectives
- Oversee the implementation, integration and optimisation of logistics technology platforms and tools: Transport Management System (TMS) or Logistics Management System (LMS)
- Responsible for all ESG and quality related activities in Global Logistics and ensuring alignment with the division and company objectives
- Defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Coordinating all activities within the global and cross-divisional networks and improving collaboration
- Training all employees on new processes, systems and technologies
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration or similar; Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g. APICS, CSCMP) is of advantage
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management or operations management, preferably in roles involving process improvement, change management and project management
- 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in an international industrial environment
- Experience working with logistics software and technology tools, including warehouse and transport management systems and supply chain analysis platforms
- Proactive and solution-oriented thinking with the ability to identify logistics challenges, analyse root causes and develop effective solutions
- Sensitivity to cultural differences and the ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment, especially in a global organisation
- Very good knowledge of German and English (B2 level)
