- Client Relationship Management: Develop, manage, and grow profitable book of HNW clients and prospects. Maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects by providing personalized wealth management advice and identifying suitable investment opportunities.
- Business Development: Identify and target new potential clients in the mentioned European markets, focusing on High-Net-Worth individuals and affluent families.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess clients' needs and objectives, recommending investment solutions tailored to their risk profile and financial goals.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations as well as internal compliance policies.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including investment specialists, tax advisors, and legal experts, to provide comprehensive expertise to the clients.
- University degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in the private banking sector, with a solid track record in developing and managing portfolios of HNWI or UHNWI.
- Deep understanding of targeted markets and capacity to create and build trust with clients.
- Strong knowledge of the private banking environment, products and services offering.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business and expand the client portfolio through hunter skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in local and international financial regulations, as well as best practices in compliance.
- Fluency in the relevant languages and French.
