- Coordinate all the relevant stakeholders on each opening project
- Help with the deployment of Retail Operations projects for the Maison
- Support tools deployment in our boutiques and provide support to the teams locally
- Bear ownership of all retail systems, payment solutions and digital tools in our boutiques
- Work with Boutique operations teams on all topics impacting operations & processes
- Participate in creating a positive boutique environment, in line with the image and excellence standards of the Maison
- Encourage best practices sharing and accompany change management across the boutiques network
- Ensure that Maison & Group guidelines, policies and procedures are properly deployed and followed through in each market
