- Coordination with Finance and Purchasing teams to identify and formalize requests for ERP enhancements
- Work with functional management and IT to review, validate and plan new changes to the ERP solution
- Identification of change impacts on organization and processes and works with Continuous Improvement Expert to communicate and train on changes
- Organization of recurrent governance meetings to monitor backlog delivery
- Master degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
- SAP certification and expertise
- Proven record working on Financial Support Systems and supporting process change
- Good knowledge of Finance and procurement processes
- IT-Solution orientation and ability to understand and formulate change requests ( functional/technical-wise) power queries
- Stakeholder management with strong communication skills
- English/French, German would be an Asset
