For more information about our people and our brands, visit us at https://group.loccitane.comCONTEXT & MISSION :In order to strengthen our legal team, we are looking for a Legal Counsel who will provide legal advice and support to the L'Occitane Group business and entities. The Legal Counsel will be part of our Group Legal team, hence dealing with a variety of topics including manufacturing, distribution, purchasing, sponsorship, lease, corporate, litigation, IP matters, data protection.This position reports to the Senior Legal Counsel and is based in Plan-les-Ouates (Geneva, Headquarters).KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Negotiate, review, and draft distribution agreementsNegotiate, review, comment on and draft a wide range of legal and commercial documents including manufacturing, distribution, purchasing, partnership, etc.Follow -up on lease agreements in FranceProvide timely and result-oriented legal advice and support on a wide variety of matters across all lines of businesses to teams of L'Occitane GroupRespond to ad hoc queries including identification, analysis and evaluation of risks in order to provide appropriate legal solutionsWork in close cooperation with several L'Occitane Group entities and with the support functions of L'Occitane Group and liaise with/manage external counselsHOW YOU CAN FIT :Master's degree in law+ 5 years' experience in a similar role in a Corporate environment ideally within the B2C industryVery good knowledge of contract drafting, consumer and commercial law at an international level with a focus on EuropeVery good knowledge of French lawFluent in English and French with solid writing skills in both languagesAbility to anticipate, efficiently manage multiple queries and issues, meet deadlinesAbility to take instructions and work independentlyHands-on approach, flexible, very business-oriented, attention to detailsAt ease in an international, fast-paced environment with remote teams and able to deal with ambiguityTeam player, very good communication & interpersonal skillsWHAT WE OFFER :Working for a unique company, strongly committed towards the planet and the people (B Corp certification)Working with passionate colleagues coming from all over the worldA unique culture built around entrepreneurship, where everyone is expected to collaborate, experiment & move fastInternal mobility opportunitiesMonthly allocation & discount for store productsAttractive Social Insurances coverage5 weeks annual leaves & 3 extra-days offered as public holidaysFlexible and hybrid work arrangementAttractive Parental Leave PolicyPublic transportation allowancePERMANENT CONTRACT, full-time basis (100%)Starting Date : asapL'OCCITANE is an equal opportunities employer.
