HR Specialist with focus on administration, recruiting and projects (m/f/d)

- Manage the full employee life cycle (from intake to contract negotiation/onboarding, contract issuing etc.
- Onboard new employees, prepare new joiner/apprentice onboarding days in strong partnership with the business
- Support the performance management process together with the Head of HR
- Participation in international projects as Employee Engagement, Employer of Choice initiatives, Social Media
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices, provide Recruiting KPI, general reporting etc.
- Promote company's reputation as “best place to work”
- Assist in Payroll preparation (only Administrative Information that is needed for the Payroll Specialist)
- Time Management for all employees
- Recruiting for a dedicated employee area
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/universities etc
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods (by using databases, social media, universities etc.) to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Support and build an innovative Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition strategies in line with the Group strategy (University marketing activities, strategic partnerships etc.)
- Built a candidate pipeline, act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Continue digitalization programs and constant amelioration of HR processes
- Evaluation of further HR Projects together with the Head of HR- Active Participation in Projects and become SME for certain HR Topics
- Help to Design and implement an overall HR strategy together with the Head of HR (digitalization etc.)
- Advise and coach stakeholders in HR related topics with a strong focus and involvement in our field management - Be a partner in the transformation of our business and act as a role model in embracing change - Act as a partner for our employees in various topics
- Hold of a master's degree or equivalent by experience
- 3/5 years of experience in a “soft HR” role and/or Talent Acquisition - preferably in an internal HR Department
- Language skills: German, English, French, Italian (is a plus)
