Richemont is looking for an experienced & strong collaborator who is enthusiastic about contributing to the transformation of our HR function supporting our evolving global people & organization strategy. In this role, you will be instrumental in taking our HR Operations practice into the future, optimizing HR service delivery, and elevating our people's experience.Reporting to the Group HR Organization & Operations Director, you will lead impactful and innovative HR Operations projects across all phases, from initiation to completion, and you will be working with our HR Operations teams across the organization to ensure efficient implementation and global consistent ways of working. You will be the driving power behind global continuous improvements initiatives and your ultimate success lies in the support and close collaboration with the various internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?As our Group HR Operations Senior Project Manager, you will lead our HR Operations practice ensuring we deliver value to the organization & our people and engage with the HR leadership community to design and deliver our HR Operations transformation roadmap.You will :
  • Lead and manage Global HR Operations projects from conception to operationalization, in line with business needs, strategic and operational HR objectives and with the aim of providing HR services in an employee-friendly, high-quality, fast, and cost-effective manner to ensure a positive HR service experience
  • Ensure successful project delivery, identify dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple projects and proactively address them to ensure smooth execution
  • Facilitate effective communication and foster strong working relationships between different teams to enable successful implementation and adoption
  • Continuously analyse and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR Operations processes based on relevant KPI's and make recommendations for improvement and automation to ensure sustainable quality standards
  • Collaborate with the HR Operation community to facilitate process harmonization & standardization efforts, drive HR Operations efficiency gains while also keeping the employee experience in mind
  • Animate the global HR Operations community, share your knowledge, and leverage other colleagues' experience in designing scalable, global solutions
  • Track HR trends and innovative future technologies to provide healthy challenge to existing ways of working and drive the digital innovation of our global HR Operations processes
  • Contribute to the global roll-out of our future HR Digital ecosystem ensuring that HR Operations needs are addressed in the global and local design of our future digital tools
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?You will be successful on our journey if you have a Bachelor or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or similar and a sounded experience of 10 years in strategic and operational HR roles, paired with an enthusiasm for digitalization, a strong interest in process improvement methodologies and a proven track record of leading complex transformation projects in a global context.In addition, you will need to bring those key skills:
  • Strong analytical, critical, and conceptual thinking combined with a strategic thinking level, HR Operations expertise, and project management skills to turn strategy into practice
  • Sound knowledge of transformation and change management paired with a high degree of entrepreneurial thinking, continuous improvement drive and results orientation
  • Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills to pursue pragmatic solutions and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, collaboration and influencing skills with the ability to rapidly build trust-based relationships and negotiate at all levels of the organisation
  • Strong team player and recognized for openness, sociability and assertiveness allowing to navigate well in a complex multi-cultural and dynamic environment
  • Proficient in creating insights from data trends and translating these into improvement projects
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes, ways of working, and best practices and experience in the consumerization of HR technology and the implementation of AI augmented HR tools
  • Solid understanding of HR systems and technologies. Experience with Workday and ServiceNow are a plus
  • Ability to demonstrate strong levels of drive, work ethic and personal accountability with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining sound judgment and a rigorous focus on the details
  • Self-awareness and humility to continuously learn and grow
  • Fluent in English and ideally also in French
