Retail Sales Rep - Part-time

- Execute promotions in a manner that results in increased sales or space.
- Merchandise products as indicated by national bulletins or other internal correspondence.
- Advise customers of upcoming ads, promotions, new products, etc.
- Rotate stock on all product lines, ensure POP material is available and displayed, and solicit additional space during promotions and peak sales periods.
- Strong selling skills to support store level bookings (CFO’s).
- Develop and maintain relationships with key store personnel in order to strengthen the company’s position.
- Provide consistent feedback, competitor information and competitive information to Retail Manager.
- Attend customer meetings and company sales meetings as required.
- Some overnight travel may be required.
- College/university degree or equivalent experience with 2 years of proven sales/merchandising experience in consumer-packaged goods.
- Basic math skills.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
- Prior experience using handheld retail tablet and comfort with automation technology.
- Self-motivated with solid selling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to organize and plan effectively.
- Able to work well independently.
- Good attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at store level and within Edgewell.
- Ability to successfully work within and promote a team environment.
- Adaptable to change in coverage/geography of territory.
- Ability to work independently and meet all average requirements.
- Previous experience with retail automation technology.
