- Converting content from the international team for social media platforms and following up with the local agency
- Briefing for translation of content into French and Dutch
- Working with our IT program for asset management
- Coordinating with agencies to adapt product videos by translating text segments from English into French and Dutch
- Managing messages and follow-up on social media platforms in French and Dutch (Facebook and Instagram)
- Downloading visuals coming from the international team from our IT system and following-up with our agency for the translation
- Creation/activation sheets for new products: fill in a spreadsheet with all the required information following the process in place
- Filling databases with product information: collecting information from various sources to update our product database
- Filling conversion sheets for our product displays / vouchers for instance
- One Pager: one powerpoint slide, used by our sales team, with product characteristics, available in three languages
- Digital Kit Translation: product sheet used for our ecommerce clients. Translation from English to French and Dutch (in collaboration with a translator)
- Eyes & Ears for competitive intelligence, conduct quarterly updates on market prices
- Tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using internal IT system as well as Nielsen
- Checking spelling and translation of packaging and products’ manuals into French and Dutch
- Reviewing translations for all communication materials
- Providing logistics information for launches to IRI/Nielsen
- Bachelor's degree (Management Assistant/Marketing)
- Less than 3 years of experience
- Language skills: Fluent in French, good to very good English, intermediate Dutch
