- Résoudre les problèmes opérationnels relatifs au transport, aux transporteurs et au TMS (Transport Management System) utilisé dans le service (Transporeon) d'une manière efficace et durable.
- Négocier avec les transporteurs et les sous-traitants sur les volumes et les conditions pour s'assurer de la capacité nécessaire.
- Planifier et suivre des transferts et corrections quand nécessaire.
- Faire des appels d'offres aux transporteurs.
- Apporter des solutions logistiques aux projets de développement.
- Créer et maintenir des tarifs, des contrats et des commandes de transports en SAP.
- Vérifier mensuellement les indexes des carburants.
- Assurer l'administration des paiements.
- Assurer l'amélioration continue des processus.
- Vérifier les réclamations des transporteurs et en faire le suivi.
- Être le Key user du TMS utilisé dans le département (support, optimisation, développement, formation …).
- Au minimum niveau bachelier en Commerce Extérieur/Logistique... ou équivalent par expérience (avoir un master est un plus).
- Vous vous exprimez couramment en français ou en néerlandais et avez une bonne connaissance de l'autre langue nationale tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral. La connaissance de l'anglais est un atout.
- Vous avez 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un service logistique/transport.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance de SAP ou d'un autre ERP et d'un TMS (Transport Management System).
- Vous maitrisez la suite Office (excel, powerpoint, word, outlook...).
- Vous avez des affinités avec l'outil informatique.
- Vous êtes orienté(e) services et solutions, avez un bon esprit d'équipe et savez travailler de manière autonome et rigoureuse.
- Vous faites preuve d'ownership et êtes résistant(e) au stress.
- Un contrat à durée indéterminée (38h/semaine).

- Solve operational issues related to transportation, carriers and the Transport Management System (TMS) used in the Department (Transporeon) in an efficient and sustainable manner.
- Negotiate with carriers appropriated volumes and conditions to ensure the required capacity.
- Plan and track flows / transfers and make corrections as required.
- Organize tenders with carriers
- Provide logistical solutions for the current development projects (HPV, boat, etc.).
- Create and maintain transportation rates, contracts and orders within SAP.
- Check fuel indexes monthly.
- Ensure the administration of payments.
- Ensure continuous process improvement.
- Verify and manage carrier claims.
- Be the key user of the TMS used in the Department (support, optimization, development, training, etc.).
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Foreign Trade / Logistics… or equal by experience (a Master Degree is an asset)
- You speak fluently in French or Dutch and have a good knowledge of the other national language both in written and oral form. Knowledge of English is an asset.
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a logistics/transport department.
- You have a good knowledge of SAP or another ERP and a TMS (Transport Management System)
- You master the Office suite (excel, powerpoint, word, outlook...).
- You have an affinity for the computer tool.
- You are service and solution oriented, have a good team spirit and know how to work independently and rigorously.
