Sonaca Group is recruiting aAccount ManagerCommercial DepartmentYour MissionReporting to Key Account Manager, you will be in charge of strategic SONACA customers. The main responsibility for this role is to manage strategic customer(s) and to generate revenue/growth. You will be in charge of key contracts management while required to coordinate business development in order to continuously create room for additional profitability. Your role will be exposed to customer(s) senior counterparts, and you will be accountable to mitigate their expectations while protecting the company's interests. Managing and protect customer relationship will be also essential in this role. Lastly you may be requested to take a role in tactical joint ventures as one of the key interface of the Sonaca Group, managing long lasting relationships with various industrial partners and leading teams from multiple facilities/departmentsMajor responsibilitiesContract management:o Protect profitability of existing contracts while increase EBITDA continuouslyo Ensure compliance with contractual requirementso Monitor and maintain profitable contracts at assigned accounts in line with company strategy
  • Transversal:
o Develop and ensure good relationships at various Customers organizational levels, both Commercial and Technicalo Propose, get approval and achieve yearly objectives (revenues, EBITDA, performance, etc..)o Responsible for monthly updates to report progress with respect to yearly objectiveso Schedule appointments, prepare and deliver presentation to the client, having researched their business and requirementso Work as part of a team and closely with other departments within the organizationo Manage a team within the commercial organization of account manager(s) and Contract administrator(s)o Adopt a lean approach to support the commercial organization being always more efficientQualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to cold call potential clients with confidence are key for a successful
