You offer an answer in second line within agreed SLA for all the residential Orange customers on questions related to billing issues for mobile, fix and data.Your responsibilities:Analyses, dispatches, and performs follow-up of escalation tickets, written letters and mails on billing issues, in collaboration with second and third level teams (internal or external)Detects and escalates incidents -related to products, services, applications-, linked to billing and dunning which might have a possible impact on customers in collaboration with the incident coordinator.Escalates possibly critical billing issues and ensures follow-up of these issues to avoid high impact on the invoiceInforms continuously customers on the status of their question according to their segmentation (internal and external customers) by phone, mail, or SMSYour profile:You have experience in a customer service environmentYou have a problem solving mindsetCommunication has no secret for you: you possess excellent communication and writing skillsYou are fluent in Dutch (speaking & writing - the written skills are very important) and you have a good knowledge of FrenchYou are available to work part-time: 50% of the timeDiscover our offer!You will be part of a fun and dynamic working environment where your contributions will be valued and where you will have every opportunity for personal development.
