- You can build a strong relationship: Main point of contact @ shop and partner level. You build and strengthen the relationships to achieve short -medium & long-term partnerships.
- You communicate, follow up and take actions to achieve sales and customer satisfaction objectives in his/her area/region.
- You identify blocking issues at local/indep partner level for achieving objectives and take necessary actions independently but in accordance with Orange guidelines and processes
- You motivate, coach and develop the local sales & management teams through adapted coaching, training and visit programs.
- You are responsible for the sell in & sell out of the Orange/VOO /Hey products at local & partner level. (incl. goods payment where relevant)
- You develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
- You organize regular meetings with local management & local sales teams in order to analyse sales, blocking issues and define action plans leading to the realization of Quantitative and Qualitative objectives.
- 80% of your time is devoted to field visits and partner development. During visits, it is important to fill out a visit report to formalize the content of the visit and will be taken up with the partner as an aid for the next visit.
- Good knowledge of shop management aspects
