Advisor.As a Transfer Pricing Specialist, you play a crucial role in fine-tuning and implementing the Group's new Transfer Pricing policy, overseeing all transfer pricing matters, supporting audits and managing pricing regulations & documentation. In this role as a tax expert you are responsible for ensuring fair intra-company transaction pricing, minimizing tax risk and optimizing tax strategy through proactive analysis and implementation.Your job as a Transfer Pricing Specialist in a nutshell:
  • You finalize the Group's new Transfer Pricing policy.
  • You lead the implementation of the Group's new Transfer Pricing policy effectively throughout the entire organization.
  • You oversee all transfer pricing matters within the company, collaborating with various (inter)national stakeholders to address transfer pricing-related issues.
  • You closely collaborate with team members to co-lead the establishment of both local and master files, as well as country-by-country reporting when necessary.
  • You develop and implement procedures to execute periodic adjustments in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • You work closely with HUBs controllers to establish robust controls aimed at minimizing discrepancies in income and cost recognition processes.
  • You draft and formalize written principles governing all intercompany agreements, including the handling of financial transactions.
  • You manage and prepare transfer pricing documentation to support intra-group transactions, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • You support transfer pricing audits, including responding to tax authorities' inquiries, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while identifying areas for improvement.
  • You provide expert advice on transfer pricing implications for new business initiatives.
In this position you will be part of the tax department and report to the Group Tax Manager.---
ABOUT YOU.We seek a motivated person with a strong affinity for and experience in transfer pricing (TP). Your strong analytical skills, adaptability and hands-on mentality empower you to dive into and navigate seamlessly through complex tax regulations. As a collaborative team player, your excellent interpersonal and communication skills facilitates close collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Your effective coordination, leadership skills and extensive background in TP are crucial for spearheading the implementation of the Group's new Transfer Pricing policy. Your attention to detail, sense of ownership, and problem-solving abilities are invaluable assets in effectively managing TP documentation and supporting audits with tax authorities, ensuring compliance with local regulations.The profile requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Finance, Taxation…
  • 4-7 years' experience in a similar role in a multinational company or advisory firm.
  • Knowledge of English = excellent (oral and written). Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Pillar 2 (including safe harbors) and Value Chain Analysis approach in TP.
  • Willingness to travel sporadically if required.
