We have big dreams, love new challenges and are constantly pushing our boundaries.We are looking for a talented, driven person to strengthen our sales team within Off-Trade (Retail channel) in the East and West Flanders region.As a Sales Representative you are the key figure to further strengthen our position within the Retail channel, to further expand commercial relationships and to realize growth for our company.Your role:
  • Distribution:
  • Increase the availability of our beers, mixers and spirits as well as upcoming innovations by expanding the range within the distribution points located in your region
  • Negotiating the place that our products should have in the beer department as well as their positioning (shelf vision)
  • Visibility:
  • Identifying opportunities to highlight and optimize the visibility of our brands. You will receive the support of a merchandiser who will manage you on a daily basis
  • Activate:
  • Negotiating and following up on our promotion plan (including direct order of promotions)
  • Structured visits to the points of sale based on a weekly schedule drawn up by you, taking into account a certain minimum frequency of visits
  • Develop and maintain your customer network and manage your budget
What we are looking for:
  • University degree or equivalent through experience
  • You want to learn, you are extremely motivated and you have a positive "can do" mentality
  • A team player, but at the same time you can work independently and you have the necessary perseverance.
  • You have excellent organizational and communication and analytical skills.
  • Customer and result-oriented
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
