- Improve store productivity, maintenance, customer service and sales by on a visual merchandising perspective
- Assist Visual Merchandising Director on all promotions, special events, and window display programmes
- Establish and manage a calendar for merchandising and window dressing
- Develop visual merchandising guidelines to support the Brands
- Participate in the induction of new Brands to introduce merchandising and window guidelines along our standards
- Support the brands with their windows and in-store displays, working with the retail team and stores to ensure store layouts and zoning requirements are met
- Liaise with the Business Director/s and Retail Managers to ensure each and every store has the right visual impact in order to increase revenue
- Develop commercial communication tools and manuals to raise standards of signages and merchandising for window displays and in-store
- Act as the main point of contact between the Marketing Team and the local Retail Teams on all visual merchandising issues and assure the standards and consistency across the Village
- Lead the Visual Merchandising team of the Village to achieve the goals and be responsible for the team's performance and development
- Coordinate the Visual Merchandisers' visit to all Villages with clear objectives and ensure that after-visit merchandising reports and feedback are submitted
- Organise a monthly retail calls with agenda and minutes to follow up
- Prepare cross over brand analysis for monthly retail calls
- Proven experience in a managerial position with strong background in visual merchandising working across multiple brands or for department stores
- Fluent in Dutch or French & English, any other European language would be beneficial
- Computer literate with high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Established creative skills with capabilities to work effectively with products from all categories
- Passion about fashion with sound understanding on current market trends
- Able to work well with all levels across the business and customers with a creative and open minded capability to adapt to a fast pace environment
- A good communicator with the ability to demostrate initiative and anticipate challenges
- Ability to prioritise your work to meet tight and multiple deadlines with an eye for detail
- Knowledge of principles for promoting and selling products
