Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for a HR Business Partner who is passionate, agile, curious and collaborative to join our Talent team, based in Braine-L’Alleud, Belgique.About the roleThe HR Business Partner acts as a strategic and operational HR business partner to the senior Business stakeholders that they support, as well as their leadership team. They provide distinct strategy enabling talent, organization and cultural initiatives to be lived by everyone, for the ultimate benefit of the patient. They act as strategic influencer, therefore understanding the business, its imperatives and priorities. They are accountable for the execution of all talent processes within their business partner organization, through executing themself or through partnering with other teams.Who you’ll work withYou’ll join a team of 9 HR Business Partners. You’ll be in charge of the local internal manufacturing population. You will work with senior business stakeholders and leadership teams. You will be partnering with HR teams (Learning, Talent Acquisition, Total Reward & Operations…) and collaborate with the unions.What you’ll do
  • Develop a deep understanding of business context and strategic priorities
  • Partner with leadership to drive talent review processes and team development plans
  • Enable ongoing development of leadership teams (through coaching, assessments and talent development activities)
  • Implement talent development and reward strategies in collaboration with HR teams
  • Lead staffing of key positions through partnership with Talent Acquisition
  • Ensure seamless employee relations and collaboration with unions
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
  • 5-10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in French and English
  • Knowledge of Belgian social legislation
  • Experience in collaborating with unions
  • Ability to build trusted relationships, to influence and to facilitate change
  • Willingness to work onsite 3-4 days a week
