Here, you’ll be supported in progressing – whatever your ambitions.The Therapy development specialist is a role dedicated to local Marketing activity to support REACH & BRIDGE PROGRAM dedicated to reach patients and bridge them to treatment in targeted accounts while developing young implanters for long-term growth.. Specifically, this role will liase with key stakeholders in EMEA, local teams & customers to execute on the local strategy for the Reach & Bridge program in Belgium & Nordic region in specific accounts.The Therapy development specialist will drive execution in field on marketing initiaitves, like DTP awareness campaigns, partner with local associations, DTR awareness campaigns & deliver on the local medical education programs designed for young implanters. Major focus of this work will be to interface with patients, implanting physicians, OMC team and sales team Success is defined as achieving key metrics of success for each program.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop an overarching local strategy & plans for selected accounts on patient activation & medical education aligned with Cluster & EMEA strategy
  • Deliver tools & campaigns for accounts selected to use in local initiatives to educate customers on the different areas.
  • Drive execution of the different programs for Reach 1Bidge aligned with OMC patient activation principles
  • Select top accounts for Patient, Physician and Hospital field marketing programs aligned with local organization
  • Drive patient activation awareness internally & externally in sales meeting, training programs, conventions, and trade shows.
  • Execute on culture of measurement & ROI on Patient activation activities by defining tactical KPIs aligned with the overall Franchise strategy & local goals
  • Identify unique local market opportunities to increase therapy and product awareness including PR, patient advocacy, hospital marketing partnerships and community outreach programs.
Drive medical education for young implanters
  • Drive execution on the different programs for reach & bridge aligned with MedEd principles
  • Obtain input and provide feedback to local teams & EMEA Marketing on requirements and improvement opportunities from external customers
  • Understand and share competitive intelligence with Marketing and Sales Management
  • Work on developing resources and tools that convey the value of therapies in close collaboration with Sales & MedEd team in the assigned accounts
  • Responsible for the clinical support and coordination during scientific sessions and meded sessions at targeted accounts.
Build/maintain long term relationships with KOLs and centers of Excellence in the related to DTP/DTR and MedEd in the territory/accounts assignedProfile
  • BA or BS degree required
  • Beginner experience in Marketing in Healthcare, Pharma, &/or Medical Device Industry
  • Beginner experience on executional DTP or DTR activity desirable
  • Beginner experience on implementing medical education initiatives in field desired
  • Ability to interact effectively with their peers and immediate levels above within the organization and with outside customers/vendors/consultants
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
