- Commercial experience is essential / dental background preferred
- Technical CAD/CAM experience or understanding is preferred

- Become an expert on the Dentsply Sirona CAD/CAM portfolio on short term and on the imaging portfolio on the longer term.
- Realizing or surpassing the agreed objectives and personal goals in line with the proposed processes and structures by prospecting, contacting and visiting dental clinics, analyzing customer needs and convincing them of the proposed offerings.
- Guaranteeing short and long-term positive business development of DENTSPLY SIRONA's products and establish good relations with existing and potential users of DENTSPLY SIRONA products.
- Collecting, updating and utilizing data of existing and potential users, clinics and institutions.
- Establishing good relations with dealers and providing training for their sales force of existing and new products to maximize their support and sales of DENTSPLY SIRONA products.
- Provide excellent after sales service for clients by helping them with installations and providing on site training.
- Seeing that the given individual targets and specific tasks are being fulfilled according to the given time frame .
- Supporting the handling of complaints.
- Work in close relationship with existing DS colleagues in the same area/ region to leverage existing customers' relationship and create synergies.
- Undertake ongoing strategic market analysis to ensure responsiveness to changes, market trends and competitor activities
- Understand the customers' needs and expectations and educate them on current and new market trends to develop their business
- Execute, in own area / region Clinical Affairs and Marketing programs to build awareness, including but not limited to lunch & learn educational events; practice open days and both live and online events
