We are looking for lawyers who are passionate about corporate law with an emphasis on company law.You 'll get the chance to work for a broad spectrum of clients ranging from promising and innovative start-ups and large (family) businesses to multinationals in very diverse sectors.Due to our growing activities, we are looking for an associate to complete our corporate team in Hasselt.About the RoleHandling files from A to Z, from consulting to formulating an opinion, mediating towards a solution or advocating in courtAssist clients in their growth projects including due diligence and negotiation of agreements, guidance of transactionsProviding constructive, pragmatic solutions in which you think creatively and out-of-the-box with your client to provide substantial added value for themEnsuring clear communication with clients and building good relationships with themTraining and supervising young lawyersHelp build the Monard Law of the futureProfileYou have a Masters degree in law from a Belgian universityAt least 3 years of working experience in corporate law with emphasis on company law or vice versaEnterprising, solution-oriented and pragmatic attitudeAn unmistakable team playerYou are thorough in your workYou have a sense of humor and the ability to put things in perspectiveYou have a good understanding of clients need and proactively ask questions to frame their requirementsGood language skills (Dutch, English, French)
