Monthly) supplier QCD performance, solves major issues and secure objectives achievementProject execution and profitability:Support local team to face commercial and contractual negotiation during project execution phaseChallenge site stakeholders (engineering, supply chain, quality...) to secure project execution and profitabilityTrack procurement performance in project and issue action plan in case of deviationAnalyses risks and sets appropriate mitigation planFormalize and share return on experience on main issuesOperational excellence & Cash focus:Support supply chain to monitor and secure raw material inventory and On Time in Full (OTIF) objectivesSupport quality on Non Conformities Report treatment and improvement, Cost Of Non Quality (CONQ) S1 managementSupport accounting department to align on invoice accounting and payable daysParticipate actively on industrial continuous improvementPerformance measurements:Savings (actions aiming at securing and improving gross margin)Non-Conformities Report and On Time Delivery / CONQ S1 & coverage from ProcurementLGR and SGR on timeFAI on time (RS&C)Tender ambition tracking (ASIP) & Sourcing action plan tracking from SPR including claims and ambition coveringPO Go on timeAPSYS Procurement maturity roadmap improvementNative Dutch, fluent in English and French. * Master degree in Engineering and/ or Commercial with deep technical background by experience.
10 years’ experience in a Manager role in procurement (transport industry is a plus).
Solid level in Microsoft Office Applications, good experience with ERP programs and particularly SAP.
Excellent people manager, communicator, agile team player, highly responsive and autonomous.
