- Develop and execute a recruitment plan for in-company projects both within Belgium and abroad.
- Build and cultivate relationships with corporate clients. Closely follow up on potential leads to maintain and expand the network.
- Review and screen all in-company project applications. Match projects with student teams and Vlerick
- Handle contracting and invoicing processes related to in-company projects.
- Provide guidance and information toMasters and Full-time MBA students regarding all aspects of their in-company projects.
- Organise project defences, monitor grading, and ensure academic quality.
- Participate in organising various programme-related events, such as company visits and study tours.
- Have a masters' degree, or a bachelor’s degree with 2 to 5 years of work experience.
- Have a very good command of written and spoken English, and excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of Dutch is considered a plus.
- Are a proficient user of standard software tools such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Are customer-oriented and have strong interpersonal skills.
- Have an international mindset and understanding and respect for cultural diversity.
- Are reliable, diligent, and have outstanding organisational skills.
- Are a team player who can work autonomously. You have a proactive and entrepreneurial attitude.
- Can choose your home base at the Brussels, Ghent, or Leuven campus in combination with work from home. You are willing to travel to all three campuses regularly.
