- Project Planning & Resource Management: Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle
- Team Management & Stakeholder Communication: Build and lead project teams, establish effective communication channels with stakeholders, and provide regular updates to manage expectations
- Scope, Risk & Change Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, manage project changes effectively, and assess their impact on project objectives
- Cost & Margin Control: Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure effective cost control to maintain project margins
- Cashflow & Quality Assurance: Ensure financial viability and adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitoring, Reporting & Closure: Track project progress, generate status reports, and conduct comprehensive project evaluations to facilitate a smooth project closure and handover
- Education - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a focus on OT/IT networking in vertical markets like power utilities, mass transit, discrete manufacturing, or substantial comparable professional experience along those lines
- Experience - Ideally 5+ years of project management experience in managing (complex) turnkey or milestone-based customer projects in an industrial environment, in principle, all levels of experience are welcome
- Tools and methods - Certified project management professional (e.g. PMP) and experience in using project management and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) preferred
- Personality - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, respectful of team roles and responsibilities, true team player
- Willingness to travel - Domestically and internationally as required to perform the duties of the role (Approx. 20-40 % frequency of travel), the focus will be on Europe
- Language proficiency - Fluent in English and, ideally, further European languages like Dutch, French or German
