Since then, close to 200 family enterprises spanning 25 countries have joined us, many of them being behind Fortune 500 companies, including Michelin, Yves Rocher, and Vermeer.Our platform allows them to have a centralised tool to communicate, store information and documents, organize private and professional events such as their boards, streamline the education of the Next Generations, browse through the family tree, and many more.Our mission is to be the technology that unifies family enterprises across generations.We have just launched our brand new product, making it more exciting than ever to join us and bring Trusted Family to the next level of growth and development.🎉 Our CultureTrusted Family is a remote-first company.We have 25 amazing team members representing 10 nationalities and living in many parts of the world: United States, Mexico, Colombia, Portugal, France, Belgium, Italy, Germany and India.We hire smart, autonomous, and driven individuals who are passionate about what they do and convinced about the impact we have on the families we serve.We gather all together at least once a year during a memorable Company Offsite (last year in Provence, south of France) and have many occasions to meet in our regions during industry events or client conferences that we organize.More info here:💫 The RoleWe are looking for a versatile and strategic Chief of Staff to support our CEO and play a pivotal role in the operational and strategic management of the company.The Chief of Staff will act as a right hand to the CEO, providing critical support on a wide range of missions including strategic planning, organizational development, and execution of key initiatives.The role is based in Brussels and requires to be present at the office at least 2 days a week.What You'll Be Doing
  • Strategic Analysis and KPI/OKRs Management
  • Develop, implement, and oversee KPIs and OKRs that provide insight into operational efficiency, strategic execution, and overall company health.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis to inform strategic decisions, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
  • Support in particular the Sales & Marketing teams by providing analytical insights and data-driven strategies to optimize performance and achieve targets.
  • People Development
  • Lead all people development initiatives, including the planning and execution of company offsites and events, the planning of our people review sessions, and developing strategies to cultivate a strong and cohesive culture in a remote environment.
  • Serve as a key advisor on talent management and organizational development strategies to ensure Trusted Family continues to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Strategic Governance
  • Participate in and organize Board meetings and other high-level strategic discussions. This includes the comprehensive preparation of meeting materials and ensuring that key initiatives and strategic directions are effectively communicated and synchronized with other C-levels.
  • Serve as a key connector and strategic advisor between the CEO, the Board of Directors, executive leadership, and essential external partners. Your efforts will ensure cohesive strategy, clear communication, and alignment across all levels of the organization, thereby enhancing decision-making processes and organizational effectiveness.
🙌 About YouWe are looking for someone ambitious, results-driven, and who has faced complex challenges before. You'll likely thrive in this role if you can demonstrate the following:
  • You have 3+ years of experience, ideally in a startup/scaleup, consulting firm or financial institution.
  • Strong aptitude for data analysis and interpretation to support strategic decision-making.
  • You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including both written and verbal communication in English, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including Board members.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a clear focus on operational efficiency and goal achievement.
