Now that’s making a difference.We’re looking for talented marketing & communication interns to join our People & Transformation team within our Management Consulting department as of September 2024.Your impactCombine technical marketing skills and your innovation potential to develop and deliver a thorough marketing in business plan.Use your creativity to develop marketing assets that will differentiate the People & Transformation team on its market.Brainstorm, develop ideas and use your marketer inner-self to speak to our target audience.Work on challenging and rewarding internal projects, including:Developing strong marketing campaigns.Building appealing communication and marketing assets.Developing content and visuals to promote our services.Prepare interviews and podcasts.Support the creation of videos.Help organise events.Update our web pages.Conduct internal alignments.Follow-up on marketing dashboards.Meet with internal and external stakeholders to translate and align their ideas and needs with how we position our business on the market.Explore the current business trends and help build the future of work.Proactively develop yourself while having what you need at hand to grow into the people's side of the business.About youStrong affinity with people-related services which you will be promoting, including:Workforce Strategy, organisational design, upskilling, employee experience, …ESG strategies, including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategies.Change Management and its related business outcomes.Leadership services, including assessments and development centres.Organisational Culture.HR Transformation.Higher education’s degree in a marketing-related field (marketing, management sciences with an emphasis on marketing, communication, …).Creative thinking.Detail-oriented.Able to adapt to your audience easily.Proactive, client-oriented mindset.Ability to process and derive insights from large amounts of data, using the appropriate tools and turn it into visually-appealing assets.Ability to transform challenges into opportunities.Excellent communication skills.Eager to learn.Proficient in English, familiarity with Dutch and/or French is appreciated but not requiredAmbition to develop yourself, and your skills, with an internship of minimum 3 monthsLife at PwC BelgiumOur culture and workplace are something we’re proud of.
