INTK is a young and ambitious studio based in Utrecht, specialized in developing digital strategies for cultural organizations.Our mission is to change how people relate to culture. Forty years ago, very few people sported regularly. Today, many people dedicate several hours a week to sports. Inspired by the changes in the sports sector, we would like to bring a similar shift in the culture sector. Our goal is to encourage people that love culture to engage in cultural activities weekly. For example, we want to help people that love cinema to go to the movies every week.We work with several museums, theaters, cinemas, castles, libraries, festivals, etc. Some of the cultural organizations we work with include, Guggenheim Museum, Stadsschouwburg Utrecht, Film Theater Hilversum, Loevestein Castle, Library Utrecht, Le Guess Who festival, etc.We are looking for a digital marketing expert interested in promoting culture.The RoleYou will be responsible for :

Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.
Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer’s digital journey.
Reviewing and optimising the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages.
Planning and control of the digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels.
Using A/B testing to optimise digital marketing performance.
Analysing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.

Ideal Profile

You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Digital Marketing role.
Experience within would be a strong advantage.
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
