The TMO Project Managers will be at the forefront of shaping our future success, working with key strategic programs and projects across Huhtamaki around topics such as digitalization and sustainability. You will have the unique opportunity to work in projects for example around digitalization, sustainability, operating models, post merger integrations, operational and commercial excellence. In this position you will report directly to the Vice President, Transformation Management Office.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Lead assigned project:Develop project charter and project management planDefine and validate project scopeDevelop and control project scheduleEstimate budget and control costManage and control quality of deliverablesPlan resources and manage cross functional teamPlan and manage project change management and communicationIdentify and mitigate risksConduct and control procurementsProject leadership role:Take project leadership role and ensure high performing teamFacilitate and encourage collaboration across departments to ensure projects are completed successfullyIdentify and resolve issues that arise in the projectContinuous improvement and project learningsReporting and documentation:Prepare project steering group presentations, documentation and meetingsMaintain all documentation in project repositoryImplementing standard tools and methodology:Plan and manage the project guided by the Huhtamaki project methodologyImplement standard project tools based on PMI standards in the projectsTo be successful in the role, you will require the following Education, Experience & Skills:Bachelor or Master’s degree requiredA minimum of 5+ years project management experience preferred either from similar industry or management consulting in a global environmentPMP, PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner, or equivalent preferred or a background in management consultingProven experience in running complex projects, strong project and change management skillsExperience in projects for example around digitalization, sustainability, operating models, post merger integrations, operational and commercial excellenceAbility to apply and enhance Huhtamaki project management methodology for the project (e.g., waterfall vs agile)Strong conceptual skills, yet practical hands-on approachBudget, cost, and profitability management skills.Good verbal and written communication skillsPeople driven change management approach and strong people skillsThe ability to deal with uncertainty and work in a dynamic global matrix environmentDrive and ambition to Care, Dare and Deliver with a growth mindsetWhat's in it for you?This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering world class operational performance at Huhtamaki.
