In this role, you will serve as an essential link between technology and business needs as a consultant for our client in the banking sector. Your main responsibility will be to drive requirement engineering work, ensuring that technological solutions align effectively with business objectives and regulatory standards. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including architects, developers, testers, and business teams, to facilitate the development of solutions that meet organizational goals and adhere to regulatory requirements. This position requires a strong technical background and proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SQL. Additionally, your ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders will be essential in ensuring the success of projects.You are offered

-Eliciting functional and non-functional requirements by cooperating with different stakeholders e.g. architects, developers, testers, business, legal
-Cooperating with multiple stakeholders (in alignment with the target picture to enable sustainable solutions)
-Take ownership of requirements documentation (including use cases) and drive quality improvements
-Provide technical expertise and support for effective solution development
-Securing requirements traceability during smooth end-to-end developmentWe are looking for
-Fluent English skills
-Relevant educational background e.g. Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics
-A proven track record of successfully driving requirement engineering and collaborating with stakeholders in previous roles as an IT analyst or in other relevant positions
-Proficiency in Jira, Confluence and SQL
-Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking industryIt is meritorious if you have
-Familiarity with PSD2 regulations
-Experience or knowledge in API development, data mapping, and process modeling
-Understanding of the banking or financial sector, including payment domainsKnowledge can be gained through education, experience or self-taught.To succeed in the role, your personal skills are:
