QuantrolOx develops software to accelerate the development of quantum technologies. To strengthen our Finance function, we are now looking for a Business Controller.As a Business Controller, your key responsibilities include making and developing financial analysis, forecasts, and operative reporting. In addition, you act as a contact person for our accounting and payroll partners in Finland and UK as well as coordinate month-end closing and annual financial statement processes and ensure their accuracy. In this role, you participate in diverse process development projects and in addition to your own area of expertise, you are eager to contribute to developing our organization as a whole.Your background and skills

Relevant bachelor's or master's degree (e.g. in Accounting or Finance)
Previous experience in auditing or accounting tasks
Fluent oral and written English as well as good Finnish skills
Great communication skills with cultural awareness to work effectively in a global setting
Ability to work independently and eagerness to take on diverse tasks
