With our scale, expertise, and specialization, we empower financial institutions to enhance agility, efficiency, and accelerate digital transformation.As Head of Investor Relations you will be responsible for:The IR function of a new stock listed companySetting up and delivering a solid IR capability with clear roadmaps, processes, deliverables and calendarBuild and manage a consistent and well understood strategy with clear communication between internal and external partiesLeading planning for our annual report, results presentations, road shows and investor daysPreparing interim reports, stock exchange releases and related materialEnsuring compliance with IR policy and disclosure obligationsDeveloping and managing the IR websiteManaging investor and market expectation through proactive communication and engagement with shareholders and analystsAnalyse and present financial trends, competitor behavior and shareholder issuesReporting to the CFO and working closely with the Leadership team and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on key messaging to investorsSupport the Group in Corporate Responsibility and ESG communicationKey qualifications for this role include:5 or more years of previous IR experienceSolid understanding of equity capital markets and Nasdaq Helsinki Exchange disclosure rulesHas excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English, as well as the ability to draft engaging and impactful messages for inspiring employees and investorsMust be able to perform in a high-pressure environment, and be able to meet tight deadlinesPreferably experienced with financial models and analysisThe head of IR must be a seasoned corporate professional who has effective management and entrepreneurial skills.
