- Supervise production operations in the designated area.
- Foster continuous development of personnel competence.
- Assess personnel and recruitment needs.
- Promote safety and well-being at work.
- Collaborate with production personnel to achieve strategic goals.
- Support the implementation of new production processes and equipment.
- Cultivate a problem-solving culture.
- Drive continuous improvement in methods and equipment.
- While the role is for a day shift position, you must be willing and prepared to work across all shifts if required.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, with knowledge of lean production preferred.
- Demonstrated supervisory or team lead experience.
- Process-oriented and committed to continuous improvement.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
