- Process invoices promptly and accurately for new and existing clients, ensuring adherence to billing procedures.
- Communicate with other departments and the internal finance team regarding clients, projects, and financial matters.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to address billing inquiries, payment reminders, and resolve payment issues.
- Manage collection processes, including sending reminders for overdue payments and processing refunds or credit notes as needed.
- Support operations related to team members' financial transactions, including refunds, payroll, loans, cash advances, and financing benefits.
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients and team members regarding monetary transactions, providing assistance and resolving inquiries promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements on time, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide support on tasks related to time-tracking management, such as reviewing screenshots and administering benefits.
- Maintain accurate financial records by managing databases and supporting accounting activities using QuickBooks or similar software.
- Provide support to the finance department's general operations.
- C1/C2 English and Spanish writing and speaking skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- Minimum 6 months of experience managing collection processes.
- Strong administrative skills, including task management, record-keeping, and document organization, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Graduated (or soon to graduate) with a college degree.
- Able to work a Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm schedule in EST time zone.
- Proficient with Microsoft programs and Google Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional telephone manner & service-orientated email writing skills.
- Ability to quickly learn how to use new tools and software.
- A quiet home office with a desk and office chair.
- Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed.
- A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone.
- Access to a quiet "home office".

- Our pay rate: US$4/hr (aprox US$700/month).
