- Management of an Assistant account and ultimately responsible for the preparation of all internal reporting within the business unit & to group, including month end reporting.
- Will need to be able to effectively communicate financial information & develop financial understanding with senior management of the business unit.
- Preparation of annual budgets, weekly forecasts
- Financial control of the business unit’s balance sheets. Including debtors, creditors, invoicing & accruals & prepayments.
- To liaise with credit control, purchase ledger and other functions to generate the best outcome for the group.
- Own a network of depots & develop key relationships with the senior leaders of that network.
- Own the capex process within the business unit.
- Month end reporting to the group
