- Development of international B2B sales (increasing coverage and sales volume) within EU.
- Working with a cross-functional team on foreign trade issues (with the legal department, logistics department, quality department, accounting).
- Negotiating with key partners.
- Creating and developing the client base.
- Expanding the assortment for customers and increasing sales volume.
- Planning the development of foreign trade activities for the next 1-3 years.
- Participation in exhibitions, including other countries.
- Maintaining department and reporting on work results.
- Automatization and optimization of foreign trade activities.
- Higher education.
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in international trading or business development from which minimum 2 years of experience in working with a subordinate team in a similar position.
- Competent oral and written speech, clear diction, strong communication skills.
- Willingness for international business trips.
- Analytical skills, structure.
- Able to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently when needed.
- Fluent in English and any other language is a plus.
- Experience in trading the following products is an advantage: fish oil, fish meal, pet food, aqua feed, vegetable proteins.
- Living in the Netherlands, ideally in Rotterdam area.
- Full-time job in the office (hybrid work can be discussed with successful candidates).
- Gross annual salary is 60-72 K + benefits to be discussed in the details with successful candidates.
