As the primary contact for any improvements, issues, or errors, you will be responsible for resolving problems within the system and its integrations. This role involves close collaboration with Project Team members, the system manufacturer, as well as other support teams within Arla IT. Every day will bring new challenges and growth opportunities.You will work with various stakeholders across the Arla organization, gaining insights into Product Lifecycle Management processes throughout the entire value chain. As the IT Operations expert for this tool, you will be the primary contact for super users as well, providing consulting and coaching on best practices for working with the tool.Furthermore, you can look forward to:
Supporting design, configuration, and testing activities
Managing User Lifecycle Process
Creating and updating solution documentation and standard operation procedures in cooperation with relevant stakeholder
Complementing the Service Delivery Manager with your technical knowledge

Interest in software development and a willingness to learn new products
A bachelor or master's degree in IT, ITKO, Business Administration, Computer Science or similar relevant education or job experience
Knowledge about SaaS applications
Basic understanding of both cloud and on-premises infrastructure
Basic understanding of SCCM/ Application deployment and JavaScript
Professional written and verbal communication skills in English
