This an outstanding main Contractor, which specialises in high quality, commercial and residential construction. With interesting projects underway and due to commence later in 2024, they are looking to bring in an QS to Napier office. This is an exciting and unique opportunity which offers real career growth and the chance to work on significant projects that shape the profile of region and work on some satellite jobs around the lower North Island.You will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the project from concept to handover, so you will manage all QS responsibilities across financial control, sub-contractor management and performance of the project, as well as working closely with your team and client to ensure this high end project is finished on time and to budget.SKILLS NEEDED
Previous experience in quantity surveying on commercial and/or residential construction projects
Confident communicator with both clients and subs
Eye for detail and ability to drive profitability of a projectBENEFITS
