  • End to end processing of bi-monthly and monthly payrolls as part of a small team.
  • Analysis and documentation of each countries control framework and payroll
processing guidance. * Ad hoc project support.
  • Manage relationships with various stakeholders (i.e., Finance, HR, etc.) and the
payroll provider to ensure end-to-end process excellence. * Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies
  • Performing reconciliations and audit tasks for monthly payrolls.
  • Stay up to date with local payroll regulations.
  • Support Finance teams with month-end close and reporting activities.
  • Regularly review payroll processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and
reliability. * Attend all escalated and critical payroll related issues on a timely basisRequirements:
  • At least 5 years' experience of processing payroll across multiple countries.
  • Experience of working with a global payroll provider/system
  • Experience in working with manual processes undergoing automation transformation
  • Process documentation and control framework building/writing
  • Ability to take ownership of payroll processes;
  • Problem solving mindset & positive attitude;
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communications skills in English.
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup and other formulas)
