- 4x4 Roster, working 42hrs per week (4 days on 4 days off including 2-night shifts) to support a better work/life balance

- Take emergency calls and provide calm, empathetic, and efficient assistance to callers in distress
- Collect and input crucial information quickly & accurately into our ProQA system which will help prioritise and dispatch the appropriate medical resources
- Offer scripted pre-arrival medical advice and support to callers in emergency situations, such as guided and scripted instructions for CPR, child birth and bleeding control
- Maintain professionalism and composure under pressure, ensuring a high standard of service delivery is provided consistently
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and remain professional in a calm and composed manner
- Resiliency is a must
- Computer savvy and able to use systems and work in a dual-screen environment
- Able to accurately type a minimum of 40 WPM
- Excellent learning agility with the ability to pick up new information and systems quickly
- Must be a New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident of New Zealand
