- Support the development and maintain cutting edge digital manufacturing systems, software’s and control strategies including network infrastructure.
- Guarantee the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the plantu0027s control systems, aligning with both immediate and long-term objectives.
- Foster strong collaborations with supply chain and quality departments to centralise and streamline manufacturing information effectively.
- Lead projects focused on system and controls improvements, championing innovation to boost productivity and quality standards.
- Support and maintain computer equipment and software related to engineering, while ensuring the quality of engineering network and data acquisition systems.
- Experience in a high speed manufacturing facility.
- PLC programming abilities, ideally working with Siemens and Allen Bradley.
- SCADA & HMI maintenance experience.
- Experience designing, implementing, and documenting advanced manufacturing processes and control systems.
- Detail driven person who is organised and ensures information is recorded accurately.
- Knowledge of Industrial Ethernet networking, along with proficiency in managing engineering-related computer equipment and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to easily discuss technical information with non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferably, a tertiary qualification in Engineering or Instrumentation.
