We require an office boat instructor to work within our team.Key Responsibilities: Pre-Rental Briefing: Explain boat rules, safety guidelines, and operating procedures to customers before boat rentals. Ensure they understand navigation, emergency protocols, and local regulations Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and assisting with any boat-related queries. Equipment Familiarization: Familiarize customers with the boat’s features, controls, and safety equipment (life jackets, fire extinguishers, etc.). Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, including rental agreements, liability waivers, and boat inspection checklists. Safety First: Emphasize safety precautions, weather conditions, and potential hazards. Ensure customers are aware of emergency contact information. Office Duties: Handle administrative tasks related to boat rentals, reservations, and scheduling. Knowling of work with PC, marketing and promotions. Qualifications: Boating Experience: Proficient in operating various types of boats (motorboats, speedboats, etc.). Boat License: Possess a valid boat license. Communication Skills: Clear communication and ability to convey instructions effectively. Customer-Centric Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused. Attention to Detail: Diligent in following safety procedures and guidelines. Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues and work well in a team environment.   • Answer phone calls, receive customers, inform or orient customers
  • Check receipt of orders; determine processing order
  • Coordinate and supervise logistics operations of receipt, dispatch and delivery
  • Follow-up payments, complaints and returns
  • Inform internal or external customers about handling and follow-up of orders
  • Receive and guide customers, suppliers and visitors. Take messages and make appointments
  • Sort, distribute, prepay and register correspondence. Handle emails
